Job Captain/Project Architect

We are searching for a versatile Job Captain. Seattle multi‐family housing experience is a plus and proficiency in Revit is a must.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Can work independently and respectfully in a collaborative studio environment

  • Seeks out new assignments and leadership opportunities

  • Understands the work and possesses practical and technical knowledge

  • Accepts and responds to changes in a positive manner

  • Takes responsibilities for his or her own work and assignments


  • Possesses a personal interest and understanding of the design process

  • A self-motivated individual that has the ability to prioritize and manage details with exceptional organizational skills

  • Have experience in production of construction documents and contract administration

  • Ability to interpret applicable building codes, local ordinances and regulatory agencies

  • Can balance multiple projects and deadlines

  • Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture

  • 4-7 Years of Experience is desirable

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and PhotoShop is required

  • Expertise with wood and concrete detailing

  • Seeking Registration is a plus
